All Pigeon Luggages which have Warranty it comes with a warranty tag and customer need to keep the tag and reciept which includes date and the place which was purchased, and warranty only applies if product were used properly and with in standard weight and condition and warranty only applies to Pigeon Luggages Accessoreis ( Zipper, Lock, Inside Fabric, Handrail, Wheels, and the logo)
